Easy fartlek after the last 2 days of running.

felt good...legs tired from the last 2 days of running. Easy miles tonight for a long recovery run. probably dropping to 1-2 workouts next wk. Might run the 10k at twilight...definitely running the 10k at Indiana U. on the 8th or 9th.
