I whole lot of miles.
I felt better than yesterday when i only ran 8
I also was alot worse after today though.
I ran wotthe top guys and it twas hardd.
manageable but hard.
The thing that got me in the end was dehydration.
after we finished my bpdy was all trembly i got the sensations of a stomach cramp and it just suckedd.
