Weather: hot, but thankfully breezy

Comments:
Scheduled for a 45 minute run, but ended up running for a hour and a half. Had a really rough day, so I just spend the extra running to clear my head.
Run was mostly done on the roads, about 10 minutes in the trails. Nothing to report pain wise
