Felt 150x better than I have in a week and a half. YAY! it's a 21st birthday miracle!
I mapped out the route I did on mapmyrun.com and left my watch at my start point so I wasn't so concerned with my time the entire run and had something to run to. Gotta switch it up. My time may be a little off
