Really wanted to push my comfort zone and do back to back long days. Relatively slow, but I am just getting back into things. First week of training. Anyways Ran from reynolds to devon road and back. Easy getting to devon, then they legs and muscles started to hurt on the way back, but I figured i've got god in me, and my spirit isnt going to break, so I pushed on. And broke some mental limits.
