Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First time I've run somewhat fast in a month. The first tempo mile was disappointing. I was hoping for between 5:50 and 6:00 for each. Maybe I wasn't warmed up all the way for the first one or just didn't have the pace down yet, I don't know but whatever. Second interval I had some sharp pain in my chest (cramp probably) which doesn't happen to me often but I hadn't eaten today before I went. Overall it didn't feel too hard but next time will be much improved. Wore the custom orthotics for the second straight day but blistering started on each arch so I'll stop wearing them for a few days.
