29. EASY RUN.

Weather: cool, low 70s with a bit of wind by the lake.

Comments:
RAN ALONE. finally running, i couldnt run all last week cause of the tests and midterms and stuff. so busy.. last week at calc! felt good today, breathing was good, but my calves are so sore! we had a dance on friday night and i think that's why. felt really tight. i also had to poo.. ew. ran five miles and did 3 15o meter strides.

i also did my cadence count after 2.5 miles, i got 88 on one leg so 176 on both legs in one minute.

no splits.
