Comments:
my favorite hard run temperature... had some steam to run off....
wanted to make sure i was still in shape so going out my plan was
1st 1.5 miles at 5k pace
next 2 miles chill on trail
come home in 5k pace
didn't follow that so well
i rocked shit and probably went around 80-90%...
