Comments:
got up and ran in the morning. wanted to sleep in a bit, but the amount of nap time i had yesterday just wasn't agreeing, haha. so i went and ran down mlk for the first time in forever. it wasnt nearly as hot, and i cant even explain how much better i felt today. all the rest helped i guess. still took it slow. got to be able to make it through my long runs from this point on. i feel like its important, and something i've never been all that great at. work to do! quick planks and pushups. i was sooooo hungry. then golfed later. the game was iffy, but we went over to the range after and i started to feel better after that. i'm getting better.
