im so thankful for the mini middle school track. 2 laps= 400 so its half the size of a regular track. i did 400 repeats. 1 mile warm up, 8x400 with 200 walk in between and 1x800 plus 1 mile cool down. all the 400s were between 1:39-1:45 my goal was to keep the 7min mile pace, which is my goal pace for the 5k
