Weather: COOL, but the wind was a bitch

Comments:
ran alone again. felt awesome today but the wind was tough. and there are several hills on the path cause we go like in loops.. :( but it felt goood. the first two miles felt slow and tough cause my upper inner thighs were sore and my calves, but the last three felt awwesome, i sped up in the middle. no cadence count today, crunches for extra work and did three 150 strides again.
