Comments:
Got cleared to run again, turns out the cracked kneecap isn't what was causing my pain. I just made my nerves incredibly sensitive; which means I can run/do activities that involve knees. Ran with Peter and Anna for half of it. A whole two miles ha. Felt really good, probably could have done more but no rush.
