Comments:
I ran from the BAAC to the Ma and Pa trail doing about a 10 minute warm up and then I wanted to see how I could handle a workout so I did 30 sec hill reps x10 on the hill in between the tunnel and the liriodendron entrance. I felt pretty good on the first couple hills and the last 2 hills is when I really felt it. I then finished out my run after the workout running 40 minutes in total.
