Had a cramp after two miles which I guess is better than yesterday because I had a cramp yesterday after a half mile. I have this cramp even when I'm not running and I don't know if it's from too much/ too little water. LC1, Back, Plank, 100UP. 9:40, 9:48, 9:05, 9:27, 9:36, 9:17. Strides barefoot 6x100.
