Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today at work I helped with a bone marrow transplant, and the preservative that they put in the cells have this very distinctive smell. Some people say it smells like tomato soup, other people think garlic. It's just very metallic, and as I discovered today, stays in your clothes and nose and hair. Maybe it's just me, but I felt like I could smell it all day, and on my run my hair would swish in front of my face and I'd get a whiff. Otherwise the run was good, except I took a nap after work and it was really hard to get myself out of bed and out the door. I was dreaming about bone marrow and this doctor was telling me you shouldn't run on the day you get a bone marrow transplant. Then I woke up and remembered I did not get one. So it was ok to run.
