time trial. was feeling good all day. nice easy warmup. followed by mile race which was pretty good. just really sucked running majority of it alone. but it was fine either way. did 4x200 after first ones were to slow. u told us to count those as stirdes then. and the next 800 is for the 4x200 again. i hit 36 and 37's. then went for a cool down went to the 4 mile marker. it felt pretty nice. took it easy. oh did an extra straight at the hilton to complete a full mile from the warmup. today was actually pretty good.
