7-11-12 Time Trial

Weather: 80s, pretty nice in the shade

Comments:
Before the time trial today I did a warm-up that consisted of running to Hilton Park and running four laps through it. During the time trial, I sprinted the first the first 100 meters, and got really tired. I sped up towards the end though, and had my best 1 mile time despite being the last runner in my group to cross the line. Afterwards, I did 4x200 meters, but had to redo them for reasons I don't recall. I ran two laps around Hilton Park and back to the fitness center as a cool-down.
Also, I do not have times for my warm-up, 4x200m, or cool-down.
