Weather: sunny and windy

Comments:
Suppose to do 6 x mile with the first 4 in 6:10 and can pick up the last two if feel good. Lungs still full of crap so breathing is hard. Did the first one on the track in 6:10. Then went on the road for the rest keeping the same tempo. Felt better as I went. Good mental workout. Still not all the way better though. (Jogs in cool down below.)
