Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First time running on the NCR Trail - crushed gravel, flat, mostly shaded. This is probably where I will do most of my long runs later on. I was SUPER sore from yesterday's track workout (mostly from the lunges we did during warm up). Erin's coming back from an injury so we did a slow 4 miles. Legs felt tired but loosened up as we went along.
