Comments:
Took it out the first 2 miles pretty relaxed. 8:25 and 8:13 Then just picked up slowly.faster and faster each mile. Was feeling good so just went on my long run. Actually felt really good. Didn't need to stop and was Going at a pretty good pace. Probaly one of the better of my long runs in a while. I was a bit sore from the time trial. And my ankle was hurting a bit. think I just need new shoes. Oh ran with mark until the 8 mile marker
