I repeated segments of 4 minutes easy and 1 minute hard until I reached 3 miles (+6 segments); I highly doubt it was over 10 minute pace...but I just ran until my distance was at 3.0 in order to get 7.5 miles for today/ Spring Mill Points (for week): 23 Points - Spring Mill Points (total): 142 Points
