Comments:
Felt like crap. Woke up extremely sore and tired. just a bad day in general. Did 8 in the morning and 3 afterwards with the freshmen. The 8 didnt feel great but i didnt really have any pains. The pace we were going at for the 3 really threw me off. My feet really started to hurt during that short mileage. Kevin has the first 4 splits od the 8 i have the last 4.
