5k threshold on the track with teddy. felt sluggish since it was 8 am and yesterday's hills made my quads sore today, but it went fine. a bit harder than threshold effort, but it's my first workout in a very long time the day after a hard run. 5:28, 5:26, 5:24 for mile splits
50 miles on the week, which is perfect.
