Weather: Hot and mostly shaded

Comments:
Each lap is .10 miles. After each mile, changed direction to save ankles. Tried to stick with 180 BPM cadence (with Netsky mix) but couldn't stick with it after the 20 minute mark. Cadence slowed to about 160.
