Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 80s, hot in the sun, cool in the shade.
Comments:
I ran three times today. The first time, I ran two miles by running to the two mile marker and back, the second time, I ran two miles by running to Hilton Park, doing four laps and running back to the fitness center, and the third time I ran three miles with the new freshman. I do not have the time for any of these runs because I have lost my watch.
