Comments:
1.5 mile warm up, 2x par course (.9 mile but with a hill and all on trail so effort is similar to that of a mile) with a 2 minutish rest. did them in 6:22 and 6:13 so I was pleased that I could drop my time. then did 1.5 mile cool down.
