Weather: 70s or 80s, very humid

Comments:
ran with Coach. ended up going a mile extra because I wasn't sure how far we had gone and I was feeling good anyway. Legs felt good, picked it up in the last few miles to catch some other runners. Only problem was getting a little thirsty later on in the run. Very humid this morning. Longest run I've done in roughly a year.
