Comments:
15 total minutes of running today. Followed a schedule Scotty linked me to so I alternated running and walking for 5 minute intervals. Felt much better today, and got more good news from the doctor, who said that I can expect to do 25% of pre-injury mileage for the first two weeks, and by the end of 4 weeks I can start to transition back to normal.
