Exercise Type: Run
Weather: mid 90s. i was gonna die.
Comments:
in the early part of my run, i ran with a bunch of new girls, idk their names. lol! but i had to circle them. it was hard changing paces after the mile.. on top of that, i haven't ran since last wed.. and on top of that, it was blazing hot today. i felt like passing out a couple of times, it was horrific. it WAS LIKE WALKING ON THE SURFACE OF HELL. yes, it was that bad. i'm pretty sure i hydrated.. i guess not enough, ... and i started getting chills cause it was that hot.. eek. legs felt like jello, they just didn't want to move. on the last mileish i ran with sara.
