Feeling a little better today, still not 100%. Also, my shins have been hurting. I will keep trying to stick to not pavement, and maybe throw some shin exercises in there. Wasn't feeling up to my long run today, maybe I'll do it with Robert this weekend. This is my last week at 35 before I move up. I do sometimes wish I could have higher mileage than 40, but everytime, my shins start hurting at 35. Like they are. Oh well.
