Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Night run.. kinda hard to run on rocks at night.. nearly broke an ankle but otherwise an ok run. I played capture the flag earlier in the day and fell on my knees in an odd position. My right knee twinged in the beginning of my run and hurt for a while. It faded as the run continued. Would have gone farther but it got too dark.
