Weather: Humid but not hot. Bad air, smelt like smoke.
Comments:
So I assumed my 2 mile race pace was 11:30, so that would make my VO2 Max lap pace 86. This is what I ended up with: 90 88 88 86 85 85 86 84 85 86 87 87. Or something like that. Go at 3:00.
