I was reminded on this day that God is awesome and will renew our strength if we just wait upon Him.
Very good run. Changed from a 16-18mi easy run to a distance tempo fartlek.

My legs felt like they were loose. They felt great and as though I was floating. Rest of today's mileage will be very easy and might get into the pool to keep loose and feeling good.
