Weather: hottt, 80s.
Comments:
i had a headache during my cooldown, the beginning of my cooldown sucked but the end got better. sucky ass time trial, i know i couldve done better, and the stairs tripped me up. but i did decent considering the weather and stuff. warmup with sara and yoyo, time trial alone, and cooldown alone. felt decent - the time trial my asthma acted up even beforee the 800 mark and that pissed me off and i had a little cramp during the trial. during the cooldown, i had the worse cramp -- too much water?? legs felt like rocks during the cooldown.
time trial: 7:42.

extra: squat matrix, plank circuit, 100 ups.
