Comments:
Wanted to test the foot out today so I went to the RPAC to try it. Felt very minimal to no pain during the workout. Still sore in the mornings and after walking around in dress shoes for a while. I think I can keep training on it now though.

The tempo went very well today. 3 miles on the treadmill, and I didn't feel that pushed. I just got bored so that made it seem longer. Cooldown pace a bit too fast, but I felt good. 800m of 50 on 50 off to open up the stride.
