Weather: A cloudy night

Comments:
In order to compensate for the past two rather comme-ci comme-ca days of training, I did something both rigorous and enjoyable. The actual run wasn't an hour and 15 minutes because part of was stumbling around in the dark to avoid stepping on roots and falling, but this has been the best run in a while. The pace was noteworthily brisk for this far of a distance, especially during the second half, but there was no issues like those on the previous two days, namely hydration. It did not stay at 7:30 the whole time, however, it fluctuated around there. I did six striders at the end as well as planks and plank leg lifts.
