Comments:
yay another treadmill/track mix. I was not feelin good. so on the treadmill i worked up to the speed starting at 6.5. I was up to 7.8 at the end then with 10 min to go i got on the track. ohhh Baaaaddd idea. I was on incline of 2.0 on the treadmill and switching to the flat track while i had a sideache..not a good idea. but i finished 50 min and it was good
