40. LONG RUN.

Comments:
ran with kaylynn for the first two then on my own. i really like running alone. XD idk why. haha, felt so much better today. i didn't do a 6 miler since XC started and i just went for 7 and i feel awesome :) haha. first 5 miles were good, 6th mile was okay, 7th mile was a bit ehh! felt good overall. i went a bit faster in the middle cause idk my legs were just going. breathing was also really good. the only bad thing about this run was like my crotch area hurts.. -___- and it made my stride look awful. but it went away after about 2-3 miles.

splits: 9:52, 9:50, 9:29, 9:02 (might be off, i couldnt find the 7th mile marker..), 9:16, 9:24, 9:43.

strides with shoes: 6x100.

extra: myrtle, lunge matrix, heel toe walk.
