Comments:
thought a progression run would be more beneficial in my 6th week of base than a workout, so i did the run instead. ran to cobb, then new zealand, then a loop of long lake and straight back. started at 7 flat pace, worked down around 6:30 at long lake and then 6 flat for last 2.5 miles. 6 hard 15 second strides at the end.
two new minor pains developed in this run, one in the back of my left hip joint, and my left achilles. right calf also hurt a lot. i think i just slept poorly and felt tight as a result
