hill workout today. (was at the metra bridge)
weather was actually pretty good. left ankle starting to hurt pretty badly. was pretty exhausted today just felt out of energy. we did a 2 mile warm up. i mile workout. 1.5 cooldown. then ran again with nick. we went out to the 4 and came back to where we met up. i actually felt fine when running most of the time but as soon as i stopped i felt pain in my ankle. ill ice today though. well then we finished off the day with capture the flag.
