Met DF in the BP parking lot before the workout. He's a little too sore to run so we just chat and catch up.

Only TM met up with me for this. That's a lot less than last year's pre-comp but that's fine. TM is quite good at predicting the TOP TEN.

about 17 and half minutes warming up, drills and then 6 X 1'/1', then about 6-7 cooling down.
