Port City Race (Kind of)

It turned out that even though they said it was a 5k, they didn't actually know the exact distance. Some of the faster runners said that it was definitely longer. I don't really know how to log it so I will just log it as a 5k. I felt smooth though and I feel like if it had been a 5k I would have been in the low 22s. I feel very good right now and I am going to bump up my mileage this week. Sometimes it makes me anxious that I am not doing the exact mileage or time for group M, but I am trying to go based on how I feel and how my legs are doing. I am excited for the hill workout on Monday...:)
