2 Mile Workout

Comments:
Ran a long warmup and then did a 2 mile with John on the track. Managed a 10:31 which I am satisfied with at this point in training, and when taking the heat, fact it was a time trial, into consideration. Splits were 5:14, 5:17. Wasn't really feeling it until the last 600m. Probably could have broken 10:15 with a more aggressive start. Long, slow cooldown.
