Weather: it was hot today, high 80s.

Comments:
ran alone around my neighborhood. did an easy 3 but tomorrow i gotta go 5 :( eek. felt better, but my hip area high inner thigh area hurts still. it started off bad but the pain seized later on in the run. felt okay, breathing was okay but legs felt like heavy rocks..
