sucked everything hurts really bad. kind of limping. my ankle hurts and then my shin started to hurt. calf was cramping badly. just not good run. strides just sucked.they hurt badly. terrible day. ankle hurts just walking around and calfs and muscle around shins are really tight.went off of time.
