Weather: wet and rainy, but temperature was ok

Comments:
4xMile with 3 minutes rest, felt pretty good going 5:07 5:06 5:05 4:59 as compared to the 5:11 5:08 5:06 5:01 of the same workout with 2 minutes more rest per interval in december. Like the progress, strength is where I want it to be. Second and third one felt tough, but got a second wind or something on the last one and felt good.
