Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First run in a very long while, besides extremely small barefoot runs (no running shoes on the hiking trip, could not fit them in the backpack + leaders did not allow me to run out of sight). Still, due to backpacking up very very steep mountain passes and a very high energy diet I felt fast and refreshed on the run.
