Comments:
labyrinth trails. took some new trails called "little desert" which were really sandy and let to some golf course in westford, then went on some of the normal trails. running on sand made my legs sore, but managed a good pace throughout this long run. hoping to hit 55 this week off 6 days, with wed. being cross training.
