Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tempo/Steady State mix. Easy 7:00+ for the first 3, then worked up to normal distance run pace of 6:30ish for the next mile, hit 5:45-5:50 for the next 4, and dropped it down to 5:15-5:20 for the two miles down Wyoming. Jogged the remaining 1.5 as a cooldown. Pretty tough, definitely harder than the last time I did this.
