Ran with Ben. Went at a pretty steady pace throughout the run. Did strides afterwards at the hilton, 6x100m. Felt pretty good even though it was blazing hot out. Slight shin pain but feels much better since ive been icing it regularly. Splits: 7:56, 7:34, 7:25, 7:34, 7:28, 7:23, 7:49
